Anne Betz has worked alongside her husband John since they opened their first family owned store in 1992. After managing the stores for many years she currently works in the corporate office assisting in all financial aspects of the business. She works closely with the managers to aid them in the financial end of running their individual stores.
Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children and reading on the beach.
Liz Robertson is Executive Assistant and Controller with Betz & Associates. She has been with the Company for over 20 years. She oversees all financial and accounting aspects of the Company. Liz assists John Betz with all phases of the business including analysis of present and new projects as well as monitoring all administrative duties. She also monitors and assists all managers in all aspects of store operations.
Liz enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and tennis, doing crossword puzzles and reading.

It’s not just a smile on a team member’s face or a clean dining room, it’s instilling pride in what you do and connecting with the people you work with and the guests you serve. Gina’s main focus is to do just that! Her objective is to establish uniformity throughout the Betz footprint and infuse a commitment to excellence for every guest’s experience.
Gina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, an inspiring enthusiasm and unmatched passion for what she does to our team. She loves to read on the beach, enjoys traveling with her significant other and spending quality time with her 4 grandchildren.
Michael Hickey is the Regional Manager for Northern New Jersey and New York.
Michael’s role with us began with the creation and opening of our Starbucks branded solution concept called Apple A Day Cafe. Michael now oversees all operations within Morristown Medical Center which is home to a Starbucks licensed store along with the three Apple A Day Cafes, our Starbucks within the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Michael is newly responsible for our newest location and first venture into New York at the Empire Outlets of Staten Island.
Michael’s journey with the Starbucks brand started back in July of 2000 where he began as a manager of company operated locations. In April of 2014, after 14 years on that side of the business, he chose to join our team here at Betz & Associates. He has been amazed at just how much can be accomplished when surrounded by such a passionate and supportive Team.
He is a Starbucks Coffee Master and shares his passion with Team members across his region. In his free time, Michael plays in a competitive dart league, enjoys playing poker and watching sports with friends. Michael recently married his wonderful bride Danielle, and they are planning to relocate into New Jersey in the near future.
Milagros is the Area Manager for our Atlantic City locations. Her role with the company is to ensure that all of the stores have the tools necessary to deliver Exceptional Experience to Our Guests.
Her experience in this business has provided her the ability to properly staff and train Team Members as well as assist with various Administrative duties required on a day to day basis.
Milagros came to us in 2010 as a barista. She proceeded to move up quickly through the ranks to Senior Manager of the Tropicana stores. During her time with the company, she has been instrumental in the development of the Team we have in South Jersey. Milagros enjoys watching movies, taking mini trips with her boyfriend and visiting her home country of Peru whenever she can.
